The booking was intended for my husband, but even after a phone call to the hotel, a misunderstanding persisted. We ultimately paid a total of R900 for one night, paying R400 in advance and R500 in cash at the front desk.

Nothing positive. My room lacked a mirror, the door didn’t function properly, and it smelled of fresh paint. I was given the wrong room at check‑in and was told to return the key.
