How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were not well trained to provide service and were not the most professional; there were many basic items missing on many keys like soap, shampoo, body wash, even after I asked one was missing. The slippers in the bathroom were dirty, so I had to shower barefoot on the dirty floor. The room had a bit of dust on the bed. You have to ask even for the most basic things like Wi‑Fi and soap. There was nowhere to get water.

The family‑run business was very friendly, the owners were kind, the place was fairly clean, the water was warm, and the location was good – overall I would definitely pay the price. I had to be careful, though; when I opened the door the handle broke because it was already damaged, and I ended up paying 15 JOD that wasn’t my fault.

Everything at the hotel was wonderful. The family made us feel like part of theirs from the first moment. We had to extend our stay in Jordan and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again because their hospitality made us feel comfortable and safe. We left with beautiful memories of each of them. Conversations with Rana were always pleasant; she’s very kind and approachable. Arafat shared incredible stories and had a special way of making us feel included. Noor and María were very attentive and charming. Meme and Sidra were adorable, we loved playing with them because they were sweet and always made us laugh. Moha and Daniel were very funny, and we had a great time with them. The food was amazing, they cooked wonderfully, and they were always ready to help, even taking us shopping or out for walks. I only have good words for them and truly hope to return someday. I recommend them 100 percent. Melany and Carla
