The breakfast was good and available at any time, the staff were friendly and helpful, the view was very nice, and the sofa was comfortable. However, there were recurring water problems, electrical issues, and equipment failures, no working air‑conditioning or reliable fan. I stayed 5 days and they offered to clean the room once without changing the linens. Wi‑Fi was present only 40% of the time and wasn’t enough for a video call (I had to hold a business meeting when all electricity and Wi‑Fi disappeared). The staff were insufficient—only 2 people for the whole building, and sometimes nobody was inside when problems arose. Many crows during the day and a lot of bats feeding in the tree attached to the building all night. The bed and mattress were not great, and there were no sheets for the duvet. The location was less touristy for a beachside area and not very secure. They pushed us to eat at their restaurant, and when we didn’t order, they told us it was ready and I had to pay for that meal. The value for money was not up to par. Construction noise was present because the building was unfinished. There were no soaps for washing, and they knocked on our door without hesitation to ask questions, which was sometimes a bit intrusive.
