The place was very tidy, clean, well‑organised, and comfortable, with a restaurant and café on site; we were very satisfied with the quality of the accommodation. There are no complaints.

“Great location, convenient facilities, friendly staff.”

We were upgraded to a suite as we were staying for four nights. Very nice!. The food at the restaurant is inconsistent. Sometimes very good, more often not very good. We had lunch with a large group for a conference and none of us around our table were happy with the food. Eating at the Base Camp lodge is convenient but be prepared for a mixed performance from the kitchen
