How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent, wifi works fine. The bathroom is very small, the room’s cleaning was lacking (we found a chair with spilled juice that reached the floor, and an open envelope under the bed), too much static on the beds, furniture in bad condition (broken nightstand), and the ceiling has broken panels with damp stains.

The location is great, but the price shown on Booking isn’t honored; they always charge more and never give a receipt, telling you later that they’ll issue one, which never happens.

The place sits just two blocks from Plaza de Armas and the housekeeping staff were very attentive, but I was assigned a room on the fourth floor, the stairs were awkward and they didn’t help me carry my luggage; the reception staff seemed a bit apathetic.
