Staying only a few nights was fine, and breakfast was passable. We had to walk to a nearby inn that belongs to Hotel Reinisch for breakfast; it was a short stroll, but it would have been better if it were on-site.

The vibe was super family‑friendly and the locals were welcoming. The attic units lack air conditioning, so they’re only suitable for those who enjoy heat during the warmer months.

Everything was adequate, and the staff were very friendly.

The phone conversation was pleasant, and the lady at breakfast was kind; the scrambled eggs were excellent and the hotel offered secure parking for our motorcycles. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, which was disappointing. I booked a single room, but the “bed” turned out to be an ancient, sagging futon with a wooden plank in the middle that pinched my back all night—definitely not hotel‑grade. No one was around in the building, and there was nothing to drink or otherwise, which is not what I expect from hotels. The pool was meant to be nice, but it wasn’t clean (green stuff at the bottom), so none of us used it.

The location is nice, the staff helpful, the place clean, and the price is good. The temperatures were high, so there’s no air conditioning. The mattresses were too soft for some, depending on personal preference. Communication was mainly in German.
