It was great to have free laundry facilities and the bed was comfortable, but the carpet in the hallways and bedroom was dirty and the standard was not good enough. The window was opaque, the room felt very cramped, and it was too far from the train stations.

Everything was impeccable and the café was beautiful, plus the foot massager was a bonus. Everything I liked.

They have so many wonderful perks I didn’t find at any other hotels🥰 Espresso coffee machines, a legs massager in the common areas, a Dyson hair straightener 🥰🥰 loved it.

It was very spacious for Japan, the small “Single” kitchen even had a microwave in the room, and the staff were very helpful.
