What I liked most was the location, a lively area with plenty of dining and entertainment options. The facilities were decent and the service good, though it could be better. What bothered me the most was that, despite the staff being friendly and the reception lacking coordination, I had a problem with their service and the fix arrived late; they should have offered me a different room from the start instead of just apologizing and trying to make up for it.
