“Highly recommend!”
The place sits right on a great spot, the room is huge, and it was super quiet—no sound from neighboring rooms or hallways. Nothing else to say.

The property’s location is fantastic, with everything on that main road to wine country nearby. However, when we mentioned that the room didn’t match the pictures we saw on Booking—and we even showed them—the winery told us it was because Booking had the wrong suite in its photos. We didn’t get the spa tub that was listed, which was a key reason we chose the room for two nights. The room we received was much smaller than the images and, instead of overlooking the winery, our balcony faced the road. It wasn’t worth the price we paid. Next time I visit wine country, I’ll book directly through another resort and avoid Booking because the resort said they couldn’t help us since we didn’t book with them. I’ve attached a few photos of what we got and what Booking promised.

The room felt dated, the spa’s green copper color looked like a joke, the toilet was rough and the TP holder fell off the wall to my toe. The carpet was heavily worn, and the fridge door was on the carpet. The grounds around Villa 16 weren’t as well maintained as the others, though the overall property is gorgeous. The spa was very relaxing and the team was great, which is why I’ll keep coming back! The only downside is the upkeep inside Villa 16.

The on‑site restaurant was amazing.

It’s centrally located in Temecula Wine Country and the facility is huge, with a nice pool and spacious villas. The restaurant food is good. The hotel feels a bit impersonal and industrial because of its size. The A/C units in the rooms are loud and keep turning on and off, keeping us up—modern units would help. The price‑value is a bit off, and it would be nice if breakfast were included.
