The hotel had some great qualities, especially the staff who were super friendly and helpful. However, the strict rules they enforced really took away from the overall experience. You'd think that a place with such a relaxed atmosphere would be more flexible with things like check-in times and quiet hours, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It's a shame, because with a bit more leniency, this place could've been really enjoyable.

I was really let down by this place. The location was pretty central, but that's about where the positives ended. The room itself was tiny, with barely any space to move around, and the aircon was completely out of order. There wasn't even a fridge or a kettle, which I'd expect as standard. The staff were friendly, but it's hard to forgive when the basics aren't covered.

The hotel's cleanliness was definitely a highlight, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to outweigh the issues I had with the air conditioning and noise. The AC was really struggling to keep the room cool, and it would randomly shut off multiple times throughout the night. To make matters worse, the outside noise was incredibly loud, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I was really impressed with this hotel in Jigani. The area isn't exactly a tourist hotspot, but this place is definitely the best option if you're staying here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were super helpful - they even helped me get a taxi to the airport when I left. Overall, it was a great choice for my stay in Bangalore.
