“bueno bonito y barato”
The location is close to many shops, but the room lock was broken and the windows were very noisy.

The service is outstanding, the place is incredibly comfortable and well located, and above all everyone here is very kind – the hospitality feels too warm.

Excellent service, very lovely people, but it was very cold, I’m from the coast.

The rooms were cozy and the daytime area was decent, but at night it felt somewhat unsafe, so I stayed inside. The lady at the front desk was a heavy smoker and the place smelled like cigarettes; she told me I could use the kitchen and its utensils, yet everything was dirty. I found the sink filthy, requested it cleaned, but it stayed unclean until I cleaned it myself. She never bothered to wash them when I asked. There was no Wi‑Fi, and the TV signal was terrible; I never really enjoyed my stay. I hope they can hire staff willing to provide excellent service and fix these issues.

The staff were friendly, the cleaning was good, the price was fair, and the location was convenient. The facilities, however, were lacking.
