Nothing good. The place looked very messy and didn’t look like a decent place to stay. The toilet smelled and there was no hot water when I tried. It was so cramped that I can’t imagine how you’re going to shower. The room had a cockroach too. Upon entering, I decided to abandon my stay and booked somewhere else. Maybe it’s fine if you’re a man, but it is NOT a good place for a solo female traveler to stay.

The host Jay was really nice and helped a lot with directions and other things in general. I also liked the location since it’s super convenient for going to other cities like Seongsu and Gangnam. The stay has a lot of amenities and it’s generally clean. It looked a bit smaller than the pictures provided but it was still large enough for the number of people advertised, and there were a bunch of mosquitoes.

The accommodation is convenient, about a two‑minute walk from Daxing Station. From Incheon Airport you take the airport express to Kongde Station, then one subway stop to get there. The host provides a map, and following it gets you there quickly. The rooms are all on the first floor in a visible alley, with self‑check‑in and check‑out, and luggage can be stored. The R3 family room can hold two large suitcases; two people fit just right. The air conditioning is cool, there’s an independent bathroom, and the hot water is sufficient. Towels are provided in small strips, not large bath towels, and the slippers are comfortable. There are plenty of sockets, an extension cord, a drying rack, a large bottle of bottled water, and a cup. Mosquitoes are plentiful, so the screen door must be kept tight. Soundproofing is not great; you can hear the neighbors’ noise. The top‑floor pillows are better for sleeping, while the bottom‑floor pillows are a bit soft.

The host was friendly and responded quickly when I reached out in the middle of the night (my internet was spotty, XD). My English wasn't great and I was rushing, so we didn't chat much, but I appreciated the help. I could drop my luggage before and after check‑in, which was convenient, and the room looked nice. The only downside was that the bathroom drain was a bit slow.
