The staff were really helpful, but that's about where the positives end. The taps in the room weren't working, and to be honest, the room itself wasn't exactly spotless. I also wasn't a fan of the breakfast situation - it didn't start until 8 am, which was a bit of a bummer. Oh, and I didn't realize the rooms weren't air-conditioned when I booked, that's a pretty big oversight.

This place was a total letdown. First off, there wasn't any hot water at night, which was pretty inconvenient. The dormitories were a mess, and the pillows were dirty too - not exactly what I'm looking for in a place to stay. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
