The exterior had a very good look. The rooms were in need of renovation: the bathroom was dirty and old, the mattresses and pillows were disposable, and the towels were torn.

The room was amazing, really comfortable, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very polite. We specifically chose this hotel because it was advertised as a Spa Hotel, and unfortunately the spa was unusable during our stay. This was especially disappointing since access to the spa was a main reason for choosing the hotel. I feel the hotel should be clearer at booking if the spa is unavailable. Another let‑down was being charged €15 extra for parking at a five‑star hotel. The parking area is open all night with cars and people coming and going, so an additional fee for what seems like a very basic, unsecured parking spot feels excessive for a hotel of this standard. Overall, I expected a much higher level of service and facilities from a five‑star hotel. The unusable spa and the extra €15 parking charge took away from what should have been a much more enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious, which worked well for a family. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool was cold and the breakfast was mediocre compared to a 5‑star standard.

The building was impressive and the rooms were large. We paid for breakfast, yet the staff charged the full price for our 14‑year‑old who only ate a donut.

The jacuzzi seemed like it had no water flow, which was very disappointing.
