The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the spot is in a great place near the Vatican Museums and the metro. Tea and coffee are available in a handy shared kitchen/sitting room. Breakfast can be had at a decent nearby café. The shared kitchen isn’t well stocked with cooking gear, cutlery, etc., so it’s only useful if you want to heat a microwave meal. Most guests will eat out, and there are plenty of options nearby, but I had a daughter who ended up in the hospital and couldn’t travel, so I didn’t want to dine out.
