The food here is delicious and tailored to Saudi tastes, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the rest of the family's experience was a disaster. We found four cockroaches in the room, and every time we called for someone to come and get rid of them, we were left waiting. The smell of the fumigation was unbearable, and we felt like we were sharing the room with someone else. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the towels were dirty. It was a terrible experience.

The hotel's location is perfect, and the breakfast is amazing. However, the room is a bit spooky, and the facility is old and not very clean. It's a shame, really, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be great.

The view from our room was lovely, and the breakfast was great. The staff at the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. However, there were some major issues with our stay. We were booked into a room with a view of the pool and the mountain, but what we got was a room with a view of just the mountain. The air conditioning was weak and wasn't fixed, and the room was infested with cockroaches. The bathroom had a leak, and there was no permanent cleaning service.

If you get a room with a view of the mountain and a balcony, that's amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I booked, and the staff didn't really care about my complaint. However, they did try to make things right by sending someone who spoke Arabic to help me. Some of the staff members were a bit unfriendly, but I was impressed by their willingness to help. On the other hand, there were some major issues with the bathroom, including a leaky faucet and slow-draining sink.
