“Prime location and lovely staff!”
The hotel is spotless and comfy, though you can hear a bit of outside noise from your room; if that bothers you, otherwise it's fine, especially given the prime spot.

The staff were fantastic, handing us umbrellas when they saw us walking in the drizzle and working 24/7, always ready to help with anything (I asked for fruit cut and they did it for me). The hotel has a fresh renovation, the room is spacious and fully equipped (water, kettle, fridge, toiletries), and cleanliness is maintained. The area is close to landmarks but feels somewhat neglected.

The place is very clean, the staff are lovely and the price is reasonable, but the riverfront location made me feel a bit unsafe walking home at night, and the room is quite small.

The location, service, cleanliness, and staff welcome are all good, but the room is a bit pricey for Bangkok.

A good hotel in Bangkok’s historic center, walkable to main sights. The room on the top floor has AC, fridge, TV, separate bath and shower, and a city view, with an elevator. Breakfast features toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and local fruit samples; it’s made to order, no buffet, and the reception calls you to the room when it’s ready. Choices are limited, but the dish is tasty; the cappuccino must be requested, there’s no machine. A wider breakfast selection would improve it.
