The camera was clean and welcoming, but the bathroom was clean yet I had to share it with others.
The room was spotless, welcoming, and well organized. The only downside was having to share the bathroom, but we knew from the description that it was communal.
“A good place to stay but it can become even better”
The spot is excellent: next to the metro, with plenty of shops and cafés around. The host was friendly and the Wi‑Fi worked well. We didn’t hear the noise complaints others mention; our neighbors were quiet and the street stayed calm. Cleanliness could improve, though, because each room is shared by different people—things like dish sponges and kitchen towels weren’t refreshed often enough, and they were clearly used by many before our stay. The data handling was also problematic: sending passport photos over WhatsApp is unacceptable. I asked for a face‑to‑face check‑in with the owner, but a different guy came, took photos of our passports, and forwarded them to the owner. It’s unclear what they do with those images after checkout, and as far as I know online check‑in is now banned in Italy.
Everything was perfect.
The location was great—convenient and not overly busy.
