A cozy, personal hotel with friendly folks. The rooms are simple, but ours had a nice large balcony overlooking the lake. The mattresses are a bit soft and the sheet wraps around the sleeper at night, so you wake up on the bare mattress—fortunately it was clean. A fitted sheet would be better… The pool is small but fine. It’s a short walk to the lake and then you can stroll down the promenade into the old town. Breakfast is decent: boiled eggs (you can also order scrambled or fried eggs for an extra fee), sausage, cheese, sweets—there was always something. We’ll definitely come back. The Wi‑Fi was bad, but I can see the manager getting frustrated and hope it improves.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. The pool is nice and the location is great—you can walk to Lazise. No complaints.

The bathroom just didn’t work. In room 105, after showering, the whole room flooded. The pool shower was also broken. Breakfast and location were fine. The coffee was superb! The only issue was the bathroom/shower.
