The room was very large but basic, and the shower didn’t work well. On the bright side, the restaurant where we dined in the evening and the breakfast area in the morning were fantastic, with candles lit on the tables even at breakfast. Beautiful and very tasteful.

Friendly and personal service, but the elevator was too narrow for a wheelchair. The location was lovely and the food was very good. Unfortunately, getting in with a wheelchair was difficult; it can be done, but the lift is too tight and we still had to climb a few steps. Despite that, we would still choose this beautiful hotel.

The setting on the Moselle is lovely, the staff is very friendly, and aside from the newly renovated bathrooms, the hotel feels like a 70s/80s time capsule—well maintained but showing its age.
