“Was very good for what we wanted, just a few little hiccups though”

The location was fab, breakfast was really good. The person on the reception wasn’t very helpful when we arrived, floorboard’s were very squeaky and at 6.45 on the Monday morning we were woken by the cleaners talking very loud outside our room

“The whole hotel needs upgrading, as it literally feels like you are walking into a museum (including the smell).”

The building’s exterior looked nice and the location was perfect for getting to Harrogate’s town centre, but the bedrooms and facilities were extremely dated with mould in the bathrooms, a head board with peeling leather, and many more problems. When the double bed sheet ripped at night and you fell through the two single beds pushed together, it became a major issue.
