In short, we never regretted spending wonderful time here. Breakfast was scanty, though hearty.

Breakfast was good, and overall the restaurant food was tasty. My wife received a birthday gift. I highly recommend the winery tour with tasting. The staff is very sincere in trying to help. The rooms were in terrible condition for the price, the bed was awful (two twin beds). The cleanliness of the linens was lacking, and there was no soundproofing. The rooms really need renovation, or they were never meant to be comfortable.

“Great stay, shame about the service”

We had a great stay. The hotel upgraded us because we were the only guests, which was nice. The food and wine were excellent. However, the restaurant adds a 15% service charge, which would be fine if there was service. Since we were the sole guests, the service staff vanished. I had to locate the gentleman serving us many times, and once I had to walk from the 3rd floor to reception to request a drink. Charging us 15% on every food and drink was unacceptable.
