“We were hoping to have a quiet and relaxed stay which wasn't the case unfortunately. .”
We liked the spot and that the resort sat right on the beach, though the sand had been eroded by the hurricane. The walk to the shopping center was short. Most staff were helpful and lovely, especially Jenny who served us several times at breakfast. The on‑site laundry was handy. On the downside, two pools were under renovation and the noise made it hard to relax after a week at Waikiki. We had booked a partial sea‑view room but ended up on a lower level right across from the adult pool where people could see us, so we upgraded to a beach‑view room at the other end of the resort for an extra fee. The on‑premises restaurants were overpriced.
