“Non tornerò, se non per cenare da Archimede...”
The place is tucked away in green countryside, with cozy rooms and bathrooms. If you accept that reaching it requires several flights of stairs, and I was with a grandfather, it’s fine. The location is truly secluded, accessed via a half-paved, half-dirt road with many potholes. Ideal for those who need privacy, especially since the internet is minimal. There’s no breakfast or other service. To get to the nearest bar/restaurant you must walk at least 4 km, 2.5 km of which is almost dirt. The property offers a small fridge on the floor, shared among all 8 rooms. There’s also a small annex at the bottom of a staircase near the pool with a shared kitchen for the whole property, letting guests cook as they wish, which I personally find somewhat unhygienic. The pool is tiny and its edge barely fits 5 loungers and two umbrellas. Not recommended for families with small children, elderly or people with reduced mobility because of the many stairs inside and outside the property. I suggest stocking up beforehand because there’s nothing available there. In my view, the price for a 4‑star B&B, given the hostel‑style services offered, is excessive.
