“Nothing to write very bad”
The building itself is just beautiful, but the interiors and management are terrible. This should not be listed as a hotel—there is no front desk, no concierge, no physical security, and no customer service at all.

I absolutely hated the property. The building was raggedy, not in a good or safe area. Both the inside and outside were dirty. My door code didn’t work. There was no live person to help; everything was handled by phone. The room smelled like mildew and smoke. The bed skirt was dirty, the window shades were dirty. On day 1 flies swarmed the room; on day 2 ants covered the bathroom floor; on day 3, while we were leaving, roaches emerged from the vent. I had to go to Target to buy washcloths because none were in the room, and when I called for them, they didn’t deliver until the next morning. This property needs to be removed from their website.
On the day of check‑out I left some things in the room and everything was stolen—documents and other important stuff. This has happened before, but the customer service is -10, not helpful and unreachable.
