The location was decent and the staff were unremarkable, but most employees seemed like recovering meth addicts. I stayed multiple times for hospital contracts, and on several occasions the building, supposedly smoke‑free, smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke. When I raised the issue at the front desk, they dismissed it, offered no apology, no relocation, and did not investigate. On my last visit, fleas appeared in my room; after checking out early and voicing my concerns, the staff again ignored me and refused any refund. Cleanliness was poor and the attitude was terrible.

The property was clean and well maintained; the room was very comfortable and the A/C worked great even with outside temperatures in the high 90s. Breakfast options were terrible. My biggest issue was with Booking, not the hotel: the room rate through Booking was about $90 before taxes, while others at my event booked through the hotel for $60. I didn’t check first—lesson learned.

The room was small but spotless, though the pool area lacked enough lounge chairs and I found a large bug in the room.

The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient for occasional trips to work; I especially enjoyed the muffins. However, there were a few minor issues in my room that I pointed out to the front desk. The door wouldn’t close securely unless I applied force, the desk light was out, a small piece under the refrigerator needed glue, the bath faucet dripped slightly, and the toilet handle was loose. All minor, but they need attention.
