The location was excellent, very easy to find and easy drive to Gatwick airport the following day. The room was very clean and had lots of extra amenities. I found the bed a little firm and because the building is old there are a lot of creaking floors.

The location was very good for us, staff very friendly, dining area very nice. Bedroom pleasant enough. Breakfast was tasty. Value for money. Bathroom needed decorating. The fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning, had to evacuate. I had the impression it was a regular occurrence but maybe wrong.
