The owner is a really great person, always available and ready to give any information; the location is great with the bus stop just outside the house, and the bed is very comfortable, but the price is too high, the bathroom is awful—maybe a construction site vibe—and I didn’t like the shower next to the bed; on the last night the room lights broke.

The staff were very friendly, they brought coffee to the balcony in the morning, fruit and croissants for breakfast, the room is nice and large with a bathroom where the shower is in the room but it’s fine; there’s paid parking but you have to hand over the keys; it’s a hassle to find a street parking spot, but overall it’s a good apartment hotel that offers great value.

The spot is great—close to the Vatican and easy to reach by public transport. But the staff were awful; one guy was rude at 12 am, threatening us about check‑in, and kept harassing us when we struggled to find a taxi at midnight. He claimed he wasn’t staying on the same property, missed his own connection because we arrived late, and demanded an extra 20 €—really disappointing. After check‑in, he behaved better, but a wall in our room was damp from AC leakage. All in all, only the location worked for us.
