“Worst experience in my entire life”
After we moved to a new room, we ended up in a tiny space with no curtains that smelled awful and made me feel sick; there was no hand wash or brushing kit in the bathroom, only a small soap, and despite booking a room with breakfast, none was offered, forcing us to find food elsewhere—a real loss of money that I feel should be compensated. The service was terrible, with only two or three staff members around, all rude and lacking basic amenities.

They serve a complimentary breakfast with a good selection of healthy, filling foods, and since the hotel is newly built, they’re doing well in meeting most of the necessary requirements.
The room was spotless and well kept; I would highly recommend it.
The staff, especially Mr. Dharmaraj and Mr. Jacob, were excellent and very helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel’s location is ideal, with a mall nearby, easy highway access, and close to the main market; the rooms are cozy, spotless, and the staff are extremely helpful.
