The owners were extremely kind and resolved every issue immediately; the area and pool were lovely for sunsets, and our dogs could roam freely; a 15‑minute walk took us to a small village with shops, bars, and a pharmacy. The kitchen equipment could use a small refresh.

The location was authentically beautiful, natural, and profound; the hospitality was exceptional, genuine, warm, respectful, and subtle; the place was restorative and soothing, and I had an ideal stay that I will return to. I recommend it 300 % – the pool and superb surroundings offer exceptional comfort and calm, thanks to the tasteful hosts; the surroundings are wonderful and worth exploring.

The location lets you soak up nature yet still makes day trips to the Maremma beaches or Monte Amiata easy, the place was spotless, Marco and Cristina were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb – you have to try it at least once – the large, always‑clean pool, the scenery and the quiet, plus the great value for money made the stay perfect; the apartment had every convenience we needed, we loved it and will certainly return. No complaints.
