The hotel sits in a local, non‑tourist area with a low price, good communication, and friendly staff. Yet it’s far from the centre, making travel time long, the reception seems unaware of transport options, the building borders a noisy street at night, the air‑conditioning failed, window handles are loose, soap in the receptacles isn’t foamy, and lighting is poor.

The place is very clean, the shower room is comfortable, and everything needed is available. The elevator feels a bit scary.

The location is good, the room was clean, but when the door or window is open it gets very noisy because the hotel sits beside the main road. The staff were friendly and courteous. For the price, the hotel is decent.
