Location, spacious rooms, and the parking garage next door for €4.50 per day. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable, for example the armchairs were very hard. The curtains were somewhat worn. Breakfast costs €14, which is pretty pricey for what you get.

Only the location appealed to me. The condition of the hotel room was overall extremely poor and did not meet expectations for cleanliness, hygiene, or value. The room was heavily worn, the laminate floor was damaged in several spots, and the overall furnishings were bad. Hygiene issues were especially severe: a dead grasshopper was on the nightstand, the bedding had hair on the sheets and dried nasal mucus on the pillow. In the bathroom the toilet was very dirty and the shower area was heavily soiled, clearly not cleaned properly for a long time. Other defects added to a very bad impression. After noticing the hygiene problems I went to the reception and asked for a different room. I had returned to the hotel around 21:00 after a conference, so it was difficult to find an alternative room on short notice. No replacement room was offered. The only solution was an extra pillow and blanket, but I still had no confidence in their cleanliness. Under those circumstances I could not sleep in the bed and spent the whole night practically sleepless. The following day no satisfactory solution was offered. The handling of my complaint at reception was also unhelpful and not customer‑friendly. Overall, the room condition and the handling of legitimate complaints were disappointing. I cannot recommend the accommodation because of significant hygiene problems, broken equipment, and poor complaint management.

The breakfast was truly gigantic, with very high‑quality products being served !! Everything else around the hotel was also great.
