“Un hébergement minimaliste mais propre et dans la jungle”
The room was spacious with a jungle view but a bit off‑center from the rest of the tiny village. We were greeted by the manager’s son, who seemed completely indifferent to customer service—he was very casual and told us he wouldn’t prepare our room, so we had to chase him for clean towels and toilet paper. They also forgot to give us the Wi‑Fi code. Transfers to other destinations aren’t organized; we had to arrange that with another place. Their phone number isn’t on WhatsApp and they don’t reply to the booking messenger. Additionally, they’re not always present at the front desk.
