Very cozy, central, pretty, and well equipped. The staff were very attentive to your needs. They say the apartment is for three guests, but in reality it’s only for two unless you change the sofa‑bed, which can’t be slept on; when you open it it’s not in good condition and you still pay for that service.

Great location, and the communication via messages was simple and clear. The apartment is spacious, but the bathroom is narrow, so if you’re tall like us it’s a bit uncomfortable. Very clean. Everything was fine.

Excellent location—everything in central Madrid is within walking distance. The place is smaller than it appears in the photos, and the bathroom door doesn’t seal tightly.

We were told there would be sheets for the pull‑out couch, but none were provided and the staff said we’d have to wait until the next day, which was an unacceptable response.
