How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The check‑in was very welcoming. We parked a trailer behind a truck and were shown where to park it. The hotel is only 2 miles from the surgery center I needed to visit, and the room was spacious. We just wished for more cookies 😁

The lady managers were all helpful and hospitable, especially a Black lady who went above and beyond with her humor and kindness; she worked day shifts during our stay, though I can’t recall her name. Everything else was fine, with no negatives.

Everything was good, but there weren't enough drawers to unpack my clothes.

The beds were comfy and the breakfast/pool times were very accommodating, yet our shampoo bottle was completely empty.

The property was nice and tucked away so it didn't feel like it was in the middle of everything; the location was easy to access; the room was nice and big enough for a family of 5; the beds were comfortable; the hot breakfast was nice, usually with eggs and meat (sausage or bacon), the famous waffle makers, cereals and standard items. However, breakfast items seemed to run out and take a while to refill; on the morning we left there was basically nothing left, even the coffee was empty; no eggs, meat or potatoes; several people were still trying to come to breakfast and faced the same issue; when more items were put out it was very minimal, so if you want a hot breakfast, go early.
