The reception staff were helpful, but the moment I stepped in I was hit with a horrible smell from the bathroom and the wardrobe, and the room had no balcony even though the listing clearly said it did. The horror hit when I turned on the AC and dust started flying everywhere. No one had cleaned anything in that room for a long time, not even the floor. I had to change the sheets and towels myself. The sink, shower and toilet were disgusting! Luckily we brought wet wipes and tried to scrub a bit to survive until morning. We would have left, but after 900 km and 111 euros we couldn't. I can't say anything about breakfast because we didn't dare go. I wouldn't stay here again, even for free.
