The staff was amazing 😁 even though there was a big English barrier they really tried to help us with every need.

The staff at the front desk and dining area were very considerate. The bath area was spacious and the tub was deep, so it was very relaxing. The building’s location was great, and the next day we enjoyed the autumn leaves fully. Most importantly, the room was spacious and wonderful. However, first‑time visitors see the lobby rather than the hotel’s exterior, and there were a lot of packing materials and unnecessary items pushed into corners around the front desk and shop, which made the impression of the hotel depend on how tidy it is. The ping‑pong table listed in the pamphlet was unusable; please repair it. The sink left of the washbasin in the men’s bath was clogged and the drainage was poor. With older equipment, daily checks would make the stay comfortable. The meals made me full, but I was dissatisfied with the quality and would like them to be higher. The white rice I ate at the end was not good.
