The hotel’s name never appeared on any sign, and the staff were unhelpful; on the bright side, the cleaning was decent.

“Horrendous experience”

The staff were the worst liars I’ve ever met, ready to fight and even the management seemed to support them; the rooms were dirty with roaches, and for five days I had to sleep on the same filthy bedsheet—pathetic.

I didn’t like the hotel; I booked it, my family was downstairs, and when I got to reception the staff checked my booking and said no rooms were available—pathetic. The hotel was the worst and I still didn’t like it.

“Passable for 1N stay. Definitely not for long stays”

The food was great and the room was spacious, but after staying for 3N it was clearly not suitable for longer stays; the place was full of baby cockroaches and mosquitoes at night. I asked the staff three times for a coil or a way to get rid of the mosquitoes, but never received any help. The receptionist was too rigid about check‑in time, only allowing me 15 minutes before, which is fine in theory, but I would have liked him to be more considerate since I was traveling a long time before arriving.
