The location was good, the place was clean, breakfast was nice, and the room was comfortable. The hallway maze made it hard to find the room, and breakfast was mostly sweets.

The location is really the only thing I liked about this property. 1) My room was tiny where I literally had to step over my luggage. When I complained they put me in an older part of the hotel. The hair dryer was a weird looking vacuum on the wall. The internet (no tv) and A/C didn’t work 2) Breakfast was included but when I went to grab a piece of quiche there are ants all over the wall. It appears that it’s ok since they were there every morning

We stayed at Hotel Floridiana Terme from 24 to 27 August and it was a truly wonderful experience in every way. The welcome was fantastic from the moment we arrived: we were greeted with extreme kindness and delightful welcome sweets, a very nice and unexpected gesture that we appreciated a lot. The room assignment was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful, perfectly tidy, and impeccably clean. Every day the linens and towels were changed and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. A special mention for the comfort: the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable for a refreshing sleep and the air‑conditioning system was excellent, keeping the environment pleasantly cool and uniform without that annoying direct blast of usual air‑conditioners. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is absolute tranquility: zero noise, a peace oasis. The pools are very clean, carefully maintained in every detail and perfect for relaxing in total serenity. Breakfast served buffet was good and varied. The location is strategic and very central: once you arrive you can walk to any point of interest without problems. All the staff were always friendly, courteous and caring. If we ever return to Ischia, we will definitely book here again. Highly recommended!
