How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is ideal for business travelers, the staff are very friendly, the internet works well, and the value for money is good. However, one morning I discovered that the shower only produced hot water, and it took half an hour to fix the issue.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the management team went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist really stood out. The location is great, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I'm in Osu. Highly recommended!

The shuttle I requested wasn’t available at the airport, so I had to take a taxi after several phone calls. The TV was very limited, with few channels and poor picture quality.
