“Regret to book this hotel”

I’d like to share concerns about the swimming pool: it isn’t clean, children have dirtied the water, and it’s very small, making swimming difficult; please look into cleaning, maintenance, and consider increasing its size or capacity. Everything else was unsatisfactory.
