The location is convenient, close to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, public transport, and parking is easy to find. However, the facilities were broken: chairs, tables, and TVs were damaged; the air‑con was barely working; water pressure was so low that showering was difficult. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, especially when urgent needs arose, and they asked me to change rooms for pointless reasons while I was sleeping. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, smelled bad, and the lights would turn off at night for no reason.

I arrived to a lobby with no air‑conditioning, which was the worst part of the place. The check‑in dragged on for two hours and the host never answered the phone; I had to contact the admin for help because the number listed in the booking was unresponsive. The woman assigned to assist us had a very bad attitude, as if she was being forced to do her job. The room they gave us was supposedly borrowed, making it look like they weren’t even prepared for our stay. Wi‑Fi and Netflix didn’t work, and there were cockroaches in the room.
