The staff are amazing and the location is great. Lots of food nearby. The coffee shop at the entrance is a great way to start the day. The only thing that was slightly unconvincing was that there are no dishes; a set of coffee cups and spoons would make a huge difference.

There was nothing good. Bad. The room was extremely filthy; I arrived early at 1:30 am but the room was still dirty at 3 am, and the fridge still had trash from previous guests. The furniture was old and broken, the chair was even falling apart, showing that the owner didn’t check the room before handing it over, even though I had booked for three weeks. The room felt insecure, so I left that same day and lost my deposit. The owner offered no help. It felt like a scam.

I’m 77 years old and tried to carry three suitcases up to the fourth floor, but the owner on that floor was unresponsive and the phone was useless; no one helped me, so I had to find another place. There was no greeting or courtesy at all.

The price was great for what you get. The rooms lack soundproofing.
