My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel lacked basic amenities, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. The room was never cleaned during my five-day stay, and I had to order food from outside because the hotel's kitchen was non-existent. To make matters worse, the hotel charged me an exorbitant amount for laundry services, and the location was in the middle of an industrial area with no nearby amenities.
