The extraordinary location, the wonderful pool, tastefully decorated rooms, and very good Italian breakfast. Parking is excellent. The proximity to Barberino di Mugello is also very pleasant, about a 25‑minute walk, or 5 minutes by car.

Nice place, clean rooms, a decent pool but we didn’t get to use it. 1. In the deluxe suite with two bedrooms, there were two bedrooms but no living room or shared space; one room was larger than the other and could have had a small sofa. 2. The Wi‑Fi in our “suite” didn’t work in the rooms, only in the hallway next to the entrance door, and regular phone reception was slow. 3. There was no insulation in the interior walls. Our bed was against the bathroom wall, and it felt as if water was pouring over us; the noise of the water flow was very loud. The toilet’s waste tank, which was next to that wall, dripped most of the time and didn’t help the experience. We also heard a baby cry in the adjacent room. 4. Breakfast was fine, but there were no eggs. No one greeted you at breakfast; we had to ask for everything—sugar, water, coffee… 5. Communication with the place before and during the stay wasn’t super fast; when we arrived we had to find someone to talk to, even though we gave a fairly exact arrival time. The address provided was not the exact address; it leads to a street in a nearby town opposite the village entrance (which is a few minutes drive away). 6. Bottom line, a nice place with a lot of potential, but it doesn’t match its price (which was relatively high). Previously we stayed at another farm in the area for almost half the price and got better value. Note that we booked both places a day before arrival.

La posizione fantastica in un contesto rilassante. Nell’insieme era pulita ma per quanto riguarda la camera credo che bisognerebbe prestare più attenzione, non era molto pulita : c’erano capelli e ragnatele agli angoli delle finestre . anche i filtri del condizionatore erano da rivedere. Nell’insieme non era sporca ma forse si può fare di meglio

Wonderful place, wonderful people, super location, quiet and peaceful. A short walk and you’re in a small town where you can visit local restaurants. The owners are great and the breakfasts are superb. Nothing negative.

I arrived at the resort and found it spacious, surrounded by nature, and the staff were very helpful. The approach was rough, with a very bad, holey road that made it difficult for some cars. Signage from the main road was poor, and the sign itself was barely noticeable, so you could easily miss it. Sometimes the GPS would even lead you in the wrong direction. Parking spots were tiny, even though the resort itself is large, and the classic Italian narrow gate made it hard to turn large vehicles or even pass through. No one was at the front desk for check‑in, even though I had informed them of my arrival time beforehand. The apartment’s equipment was very old; only the bathroom had been renovated and the shower works well. The fridge was old, noisy, and not functioning. The room’s furnishings and service were far below what you’d expect for about 170 EUR per person per night! The staff were still very willing and tried to sort everything out.
