Don’t book here – the hotel doesn’t even exist and it was just clickbait to push us toward another place that turned out to be fully booked, so we were sent to a neighboring hotel and ended up spending about three hours just to check‑in. Horrible!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, despite a few initial hiccups. When I arrived, I was given a room that wasn't what I had booked, but the staff were apologetic and quickly upgraded me to a room next to the swimming pool, which turned out to be amazing. The hotel's cleanliness, safety, and service were top-notch, and I appreciated the friendly and professional staff.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, starting with the misleading name and incorrect room allocation. Despite booking a room with pyramid views, I was given a room with little to no view, and it took some effort to get a better room. The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired, with hair and dirty dishes found in the room. The ensuite shower had no doors, and the leaking shower tray caused water to flood the bathroom and bedroom.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, but that's where the positives end. The receptionist, who worked the evening shift, was completely unhelpful and seemed to be trying to scam us. He sold us on two tours - a pyramid tour and a Nile cruise - but what we got was far from what was promised. For the pyramid tour, we were told we'd have a private car and guide, but instead, we were handed over to some shady characters who tried to scam us out of money.

The location of this hotel was its only redeeming quality, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the issues I encountered. The hotel staff tried to charge me an extra $50 for the room, which was already agreed upon through the booking platform. Needless to say, I was not pleased with this attempt to extort extra money from me.
