The people were very friendly but it seemed like maintenance was neglected. The earth‑tone towels, the elevator didn’t work, there were cockroaches in the lobby, the feather duvet had stains, and I had to change rooms twice.

The location was fine. During the first night, water started leaking from the floor above into the room. Very bad experience.

The hotel staff, the location, and the facilities were all very good, and I appreciate that there's a pool. The area feels safe. The breakfast is basic but could be acceptable. Even though the rooms were nice, the mattress had noticeable springs and was a bit uncomfortable, at least the one I stayed in.
