How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I arrived in the evening and found the place packed, food was scarce, and there weren’t enough staff to restock. The Wi‑Fi was dead and the front desk couldn’t give me a fix. By about 9:45 am the lower banquet room was booked for an event, probably a wedding, and the music was so loud it shook the floor and made it hard to talk in the breakfast area or lobby.

Construction was going on and the noise was awful. The door wouldn’t shut properly, and I could hear the highway all night.

Checking in was sluggish; when I got there no one was at the desk and a line of guests was waiting. The room looked a bit worn. When I tried to turn on the shower, the handle slipped into the tub and made a loud clatter early in the morning—surely the neighbors appreciated that.

The room was very spacious and it was nice to have a couch and chair. I hated the dog fee—$50 per dog for two small Chihuahuas for one night—which was the highest I’ve seen among 20 other hotels we’ve stayed at, even the Baymonts in other states. I won’t stay here again.
