The décor, the coffee machine in the room, and hot water for infusions in the hall, plus a work‑reading area in the hall, were all great. The location was good and they offer parking for 25 $CAD, 8 minutes on foot. The staff were very friendly. The constant noise all night from the building’s external air‑extractor fans was a problem. The lounge bar had limited food options. If not for the noise, I would highly recommend this hotel. I understand the noise depends on the floor and room location.

Modern, pleasant room with decent bedding, just a block from Sparks pedestrian street and the parliament; the reception can supply a Nespresso machine with capsules and a kettle, plus tea bags, and parking is nearby. The room windows can't be opened, so it never gets fresh air.
