Everything matched what you’d expect: quiet, clean, and well‑located for exploring the area and Kassel by bike, and the value for money was right. The mattress was too soft, though.

I stayed in a lovely place right on the Fulda, with a fully stocked kitchen and bikes kept dry in the carport; the bakery with breakfast is a short bike ride away, and the bus link to the city centre is convenient.
